Machine purpose
This machine is especially designed for polish the carbide wire drawing dies reduction angle and back relief angle.
This new generation lapper have more efficient and accurate capability with ten lapping head working together , meanwhile it is easy to operation and low cost of maintance .
The working range is wild from 0.10mm to 5.5mm which adequate for polishing both wet drawing dies and dry drawing dies .

Lapping angle capability : according to your request , typically from 7°to 30°
Pin Size and working range :(One machine have one type of pin plate)
